Meditation Practice
Meditation is perhaps the only activity wherein the more you do, the happier you become!
All of our Centers in Northern California offer a variety of introduction to meditation classes where students receive clear meditation instructions and are led in a guided meditation. The practice times listed below give students the opportunity to gain more experience of what they have learned in these introductory classes.
It is wonderful to learn to meditate at home, but often we run into obstacles and find it hard to settle our mind. It is much easier to meditate with other experienced practitioners in a space dedicated solely to meditation. Many students really enjoy the immediate peace and bliss that come from these short meditations. Why not give it a try? You may find it to be the best part of your day!
In San Francisco, you are welcome to attend our Introductory meditation class from 7-8:30pm or our Sunday Morning Meditations and Prayers for World Peace class from 10:30-12 noon.
