Welcome to the website of all Kadampa Buddhist Centers and branches in Northern California. On this site, you will find information about our drop-in meditation classes, day-long meditation retreats, weekend away meditation retreats, advanced Buddhist studies, books on meditation and Buddhism, meditation courses, and more. We have a beautiful Temple in the Mission district of San Francisco where we offer meditation classes for everyone.
Our main drop-in meditation classes are on Tuesday evenings from 7:00 - 8:45 p.m. and on Sunday mornings from 10:30 a.m. - noon. See the links on the left for all our branch classes.
